I’ve updated the Sasha Alexander Source Gallery with three ads for this next season.
Rizzoli and Isles is back soon, both on DVD and Season 3 coming June 5th, so here’s time for some promotions of of favorite two ladies! ( Full Disclosure: I have been hired by Warner Bros. WBWord division to promote Rizzoli & Isles Season Two on DVD.) You can pre-order the DVD from WB http://bit.ly/ISlEkF and I believe the Rizzoli & Isles Official Twitter might be doing some giveaways!
One of my recent TNT rerun watchings was Seventeen Ain’t So Sweet – I LOVED Maura going back with Jane to both experience the whole high school reunion, as well as be there for her friend. And have some punch. I’m always glad that my high school reunions aren’t that exciting, but I loved that Jane had to go back to high school to figure out the characters and the players – I know that know in the real world, my knowledge of the high school dynanic and what made people tic is very helpful in figuring out the people I work with and how best to interact. The episode also had one of my FAVORITE Maura lines – “I hate it when you forget about Mr. Adverb.”
What else did people like from that episode? What are you looking forward to on this dvd?
I’ve added some new screencaps to the Sasha Alexander Source Gallery from season 2 of NCIS.
There’s one thing that the publisher of Rolling Stone magazine and its advertiser partners want readers to remember about a coming special issue — that it’s big, with a capital B.
The magazine, published by Wenner Media, will return to its size of 10 by 11 3/4 inches, from its current size of around 8 by 11 inches, for a special issue that ships to subscribers on May 11. Titled “The Big Issue,” it will celebrate big names in pop culture and include advertising exclusively by the Turner Broadcasting networks TNT and TBS.
The rock band Metallica will grace the issue’s cover, and inside readers will find a letter from the Rolling Stone publisher, Matt Mastrangelo. “It’s time to set your phasers on ‘massive’ ” Mr. Mastrangelo writes. “Blockbuster movies! Monster dance parties! Rock festivals! And, of course J.R. Ewing!”
Fourteen ads will run in the issue, promoting coming and existing TNT shows including “Franklin & Bash” and “Rizzoli & Isles,” and a new version of “Dallas.” There are also ads for “Conan” on TBS, and for two new series on that network, “Men at Work” and “Sullivan and Sons.”
